Hello, I have a Pentax k 70 camera and would like to take photos via Lightroom. Is there a plugin for tethering?

No.  Neither Lightroom nor Lightroom-Classic provide tethering functions for the Pentax.

There are independent tools for tethering the K70 eg.- https://tethertools.com/camera/pentax-k-70/

TBMK you would still need to then Import the files from the tether to your Lightroom Catalog library.
