The exported full-size image from web does not contain many adjustments compared to the small size

If edit image in desktop/ios version and then export a full-size (version with modifications, not source one) image from the web version (lightroom.adobe.com), it doesn't include some adjustments like brush and gradient. It used to work without any problems and also if I export the image at a small size, it is without any problems.

This is now fixed.  For any newly edited or exported files, you should no longer see this.  For any existing errors, like your above example, an additional edit will be needed to correct the problem.
