Hi there. I have seen some discussion of this kind of thing before, but I have never seen anything definitive. Today I tried to open a picture and it blurred so badly it was ruined and I couldn't find a way to undo it. This is a Video of what I am talking about.

How can I disable this or at least undo it?

Notes: Phone is Pixel 9 Pro, image is DNG (raw). Android version is 15 and LR mobile version is 10.2.1.

Thank you!

Hey @Beverly29207272zcvs

Thank you for sharing a video of the issue! Do you notice this happening with any other images? Has this occurred in any other versions?

Yes it always happens to some degree (and always has) but rarely is it this frustrating.

Thank you for confirming! That sounds frustrating. Could you share a file where this happens? Also, please provide a diagnostic log so we can take a closer look.

Steps to get the diagnostic logs:
  • Launch the application on your device causing the problem and tap on the hamburger menu at the top left (three horizontal lines).
  • Long press on the large Lr icon at the top of the displayed panel.
  • You should soon see a message saying "Entered diagnostic mode," followed by a send feedback button at the bottom of the panel.
  • Once you've reached this point, you should reproduce the problem and return to send feedback. It may take a few seconds for the share sheet to appear before you can send the diagnostic logs to us here.

Sure thing. Thank you very much. I attached two photos here because I didn't visually see the issue happen, but it did happen. You can see the before and after here. I am having issues attaching the files. It is saying they don't match their file extension. I have put everything into a Drive folder for you here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1t0Y0SL198ynhcFj-dlgNP8yeJnwfpWgO?usp=sharing
