Tiff exportation error (exports as JPEG)

Hi,

Since few days ago Tiff exportation doesn't work. It is exporting as JPEG with the configuration options set for jpeg option. This is happening at IPad version as well as at IPhone version.

I've tried to reboot application and system but the problem remains.

I'm using v7.4.1 730D5A/46

Update: I have installed desktop version (Mac) and it works fine. So the bug it happens only in the mobile apps (iPad and iPhone).

Please fix the mobile apps ASAP.

Hi, can you please let us know exactly how you are exporting?
There are several ways of doing this, if you have ever edited the sticky settings for

• Share to
• Open in
• Export to Camera Roll
• Export to Files

that could explain it.

Does this e.g. occur when you do Export As...?

Hi Ignacio!

It happens only when using option Share to. I've just realized the other options work fine so I have a workaround meanwhile the fix.

I attach two captures so you can check the export format for the configuration and that even been set as Tiff, it is exporting as jpeg.

Hi Pablo, the issue you're seeing has been fixed in the latest LrMi app version (7.5). Please update the app and let us know if the issue still presists.
