Trying to Resubscribe to Lightroom but keep on get this message

Checking the account you used here, I see no purchase history at all.  The server let me know there were errors that indicate you have another email ID you've used to login that is or was subscribed.  If the previous account is now expired, I think you should be able to subscribe a different email ID -- I will explore this to see if there's a bug.

For now, if you can remember your other Lightroom account login, is it possible for you to sign into that and resubscribe that?
