Unable to access Lightroom mobile premium features as a beginner

I've been trying to get premium features but the application is just giving me a notification saying that "something went wrong, try again later"  help me with this.

 Do you have an active subscription? Was your subscription purchased through an app store or through Adobe's website? I couldn’t find one with the email you used to sign in for the Community. If you do have a subscription, could you check in the Lightroom Mobile app to make sure you’re signed in with the correct account?

Since you might need to share personal account information, it might be best to contact Adobe Support directly:

at: https://adobe.ly/42vC8v3. In the chat field (lower right), type "Agent" to get connected with someone faster.
