Unable to add images to Lightroom on phone

For some reason I am unable to add pictures to the app? This has only just stopped working - any ideas?

Sorry that you cannot add images to the Lightroom app on your phone. 

Which version of Lightroom app are you using and on which mobile device?

Are you getting any error message while adding images? Does the "All Photos" library show the existing images? How are you adding images?
