Unable to add Pixgrade in Lightroom Mobile (iOS)

I bought pixgrade for the second time. I couldn't manage to upload it on Lightroom. The first time I did it was easy, and now that I want to add another pixgrade it seems impossible to get it done

How do I get help?

Which version of Lightroom Mobile and iOS are you having? What happens when you try to add them? Do you see any error messages? What is the file format?
