I took a trial for lightroom and without choosing or requesting a yearly subscription I was given one. When I got through the pictures I needed to edit I was told that I could not cancel my subscription.
I never choose a subscription, I was given one.
I have had this for over a year, I cannot afford it, and they still won't allow me to cancel. Even after a year I cannot cancel. I never signed up for a year long contact in the first place.
Apparently without ever requesting a subscription Adobe have decided to force a lifelong contract on me.
How can they decide to sign me up for a contract without even contacting me. I don't even use this software, they are just taking my money and I can't stop it.

Your issue can best be resolved by contacting Adobe Customer Care at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html. Click on the live chat link in the lower right of this page. Typing āAgentā into the chat text field will bypass the initial chat bot.

This does not work. There is no possibility to message even a bot. When I click the Contact us link I get brought on a circular loop with no possibility to contact anyone, not a bot.

I am submitting a complaint to the Financial services ombudsman. I have never agreed to a year long subscription and even after a year I still cannot cancel. There is no access to support to end the subscription that I did not sign up to.
I have subscribed to many different services in the past and I have never come across anything as dishonest and disgraceful as Adobe's conduct.
