Unable to find photos

I have over 100,000 photos in my google account and keep close to 5,000 on my phone.

When I import a photo into LR, I end up spending 20 minutes just looking for it.

Very frustrating!! 😞 

How do you all manage?

What version of Lightroom and operating system are you using? How are you importing those images to Lightroom?
