Unable to Move Some Photos Error Message?

Hey,

I get the below error message everytime I launch Lightroom on my 16 inch 2019 MacBook Pro. I first get the prompt that LR is moving these unknown 1196 photos from somewhere, and then I get the below error message after that. I always choose Postpone for One Week so I don't have to see it everyday, but it's annoying that this comes up once a week. How do I stop this from happening? Thanks in advance!
