I have a Samsung S23 Ultra on T-Mobile with OneUI v8.0, Android version 16. My Adobe Lightroom is updated to the latest version. I'm trying to edit photos I took on my Sony A6400 with my Tamron 30-.
I typically browse to the file in the Samsung files app, and then open Lightroom from there. When I do this, the file will load, but I'm unable to make any changes and the app soon freezes up and crashes, with an error message, "Lightroom closed because this app has a bug. Try updating this app after its developer provides a fix for this error."
I've been able to browse to the file in the Lightroom app and open it to start making changes, but then the lens profile doesn't populate and I can't manually add it. If I copy the file to my phone's internal storage and then open it from there, it'll show, but this isn't practical, as I have limited space on my phone and don't want to have to copy each individual file.
I tried restarting the phone, checking for updates, and uninstalling and re-installing Lightroom.
