Hi there -

We are trying to upgrade to either lightroom premium or classic on our mobile device. I have tried signing in and out as well as changing my network but still consistently get this error message. Our goal is to be able to put presets on videos but honestly we cannot figure out how to even get LR classic to work on the mobile version.

Please clarify what you are trying to get and where you want to install it.

There is no Classic on mobile.

There is Lightroom Classic and Lightroom on desktop (main difference, in short: local storage or cloud storage).

The screenshot shows that this is a problem with purchasing the premium subscription for Lightroom Mobile in the App Store (there is no Lightroom Classic for mobile), so you will have to get help from there by clicking the 'Get Support' button.
