Unable to view photos offline in Lightroom Mobile

Community Beginner ,
Apr 05, 2025 Apr 05, 2025

I have version 10.2.1 of the Lightroom Mobile app for Android on my phone and I save all Album content locally.  That content is shared collections from LrC.

Lately, I have been unable to access any of the photos in My Albums when not connected to Wifi and using cellular data.  I used to be able to do that.

Has there been a change to the app that prevents that?  Not being able to access those photos pretty much makes the Lightroom Mobile worthless to me.

TIA

Hey, @keithz829. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out.

In Lightroom, go to menu > Local Storage > tap on the 'Details' dropdown to see the number of caches Lightroom holds on your device. You can save a few additional albums offline, verify if the Photo Cache grows, and verify when the albums become unavailable next time.

Let me know how it goes. Thanks!
