Unsportted/Damaged/Corrupt Files for CR3 from R6 Mk II

Hello everyone,

So recently I just bought the Canon R6 mk II. I am not sure if it is the camera or lightroom. But I have tried different SD cards and card readers and I cannot export download my images to lightroom because it says they are corrupt or damaged. I made sure that the cards were formated and I updated firmware to the R6 mk ii. But then I went the avenue of uploading them to LR Mobile and it worked but when I jump on the LR on my deskstop I still l cannot export the images I was able to download via mobile. I am so lost. I hope the camera is not bad. Also... If I shoot jpeg the images are able to upload just fine on the LR desktop. What do I do. Everything is updated. Thank you!

Is Apple's Photos app able to see the contents of your camera or SD memory card?  If this works with Apple's own native apps, it should also work for Lightroom.  Otherwise, this is a limitation of your iPhone.  Can you try updating your iOS?

If this simply won't work on your device, and if you are a subscriber, the best workaround may be to connect your SD card to a desktop computer, sign into your same LR account at lightroom.adobe.com, and drag and drop new photos into your account using our web app.
