Upgraded to iPhone 17pro, latest os, cannot sign into the LR mobile app

I upgraded to the iPhone 17 pro, updated o/s, I launch LR mobile app, select to sign-in using my email address.  Can enter the address, but I cannot advance the screen to the password page as the continue button will not advance.  I am not using a screen protector, have rebooted the iphone numerous times, deleted the app, redownloaded, etc  and nothing seems to work.  My other apps are working fine so not sure if this is a bug with LR or else.  Thanks!

Hi Farah

I first went to apple and to ensure there were no issues with my iphone (there were not, tech support went through all of the updates and everything was working).  Then I did spend some time with Adobe support, of which it is still unresolved (I never heard back), however, I knew it had to be a security/permission issue as I could sign in on my phone using Firefox, just not safari, long story short, when I moved from iPhone 16pro to iPhone 17pro, the cookies were blocked under settings (

Hi @RoamingDhabi,

Thanks for reaching out. A few details will help us narrow this down:

  • Are you signing in with an Adobe ID, Google account, or Apple ID?

  • Does the Continue button look greyed out, or does it tap with no response?

  • Are other Adobe apps, like Photoshop or Express, working normally on your phone?

  • Could you also share a screenshot of the screen where you’re stuck?

Once we have this info, we can guide you further.

Regards,

Srishti

I am using an email (not google or apple).  The continue button has no response.  All of the adobe products have this issue (photoshop, express, LR)  I also re-installed the latest apple software on my phone this morning with the same issues.  The adobe suite is the only applications that have this issue.  Attaching screen shot

Hi @farah_2963 @RoamingDhabi

Sorry for the delayed response. Could you please share a bit more information about your network setup?

  • Are you experiencing this issue while using cellular data?

  • Does the same behavior occur on a specific Wi-Fi network?

  • If possible, could you try signing in using a different Wi-Fi connection and let us know if the issue persists?

This will help us narrow down the cause.

Regards,

Srishti

Hi Farah

I first went to apple and to ensure there were no issues with my iphone (there were not, tech support went through all of the updates and everything was working).  Then I did spend some time with Adobe support, of which it is still unresolved (I never heard back), however, I knew it had to be a security/permission issue as I could sign in on my phone using Firefox, just not safari, long story short, when I moved from iPhone 16pro to iPhone 17pro, the cookies were blocked under settings (this was not the case with iPhone 16, so not sure if there is a new default or what, just over all annoying).

Go to Settings -> Apps -> Safari -> Advanced (at the very end of the section) -> Ensure "Block All Cookies" is disabled.

That fixed the issue and I was able to log into PS, LR, Express.

Hope that helps!
