Uploading to instagram from IPhone

I can no longer upload to instagram from LR mobile. The app freezes completely. Help

Are you able to save to your device camera roll and upload to Instagram from there?

The reason I ask is that I am trying to understand if the problem is due to export, or due to upload troubles.  The LR Team is tracking a known export issue (thread here).  Does this seem to be the same issue you are seeing?

Hi!

no I'm not able to upload an edited shot from my camera roll either. I can only upload in the instagram app itself.

"no I'm not able to upload an edited shot from my camera roll either."   Do you mean this is when you are using the iOS Photos app?  Or do you mean the camera roll view inside Lightroom? 

If you can't upload even from the iOS Photos app, then this is not a Lightroom issue.  I would recommend updating to the newest iOS version to see if that helps, and otherwise contact Instagram for help.

Do you have Lens Blur settings on your images that are failing?

Can you try again?  It seems there was an issue with Instagram, and I saw a report stating Instagram fixed the issue earlier today

Preveiously synched images from LR Classic could be easily shared to IG. Now that has stopped working.

1. select image to share

2. click IG icon

3. LR mobile freezes

Please fix.
