Using masking brush

The masking brush option that is available in lightroom Classic is not vsisble to me in lightroom.
Is there anything that can be done to add it.

Lightroom does have an adjustment brush, and you can turn the overlay on to see the mask. Is this what you are asking for?

To switch the mask overlay on and off, tab with the "O" key after you start brushing.
