As of June, 2022, Lightroom supports editing videos as well as photos.  It does not support stringing together multiple videos in a timeline (use Premiere or Rush for that) but the same Lightroom edit controls that you already use on your photos can now be used on your videos as well.

Lightroom is a 'Photo' editor- Not a video editor.
