Videos from Lightroom Mobile are not getting exported (Android)

Uso versão paga, a opção de editar vídeo, está com problema. Não deixa eu salvar na galeria.

Sorry about the trouble while saving videos from Lightroom Mobile. We're here to help.

Which version of Lightroom Mobile are you using? What happens when you try to save the video? Can you share your Android device version and specification? How much RAM and free storage do you have?

Do you get any error messages? 

Please log on to Lightroom web (https://lightroom.adobe.com) and confirm if everything is correctly synced; if so, please re-install the application.

I'm having the same problem. All videos fail when exporting. Using Huawei P30 and latest Android Lightroom version (premium). No problems when exporting photos.

Thanks for the details. Does it happen when you export particular video file formats or all? Are you able to export it from Lightroom Web? Have you tried reinstalling the application so far? You can also share an affected file so we can try it on our end.
