Trying to use Adobe Virtual chat for assistance and find that its "virtual impossible" to use becuase the service is impossible slow. Its really not a chat but more like, type a response and then go away and get a coffee while you wait for the agent to respond.
Is this the experience of others?

The reason I reached out to "chat" this time was to try and solve the often seen, seldom solved issue with "never ending syncs", e.g., , I have 8 files "uploading" on my ipad that have been doing so for over a month.
