Trying to use Adobe Virtual chat for assistance and find that its "virtual impossible" to use becuase the service is impossible slow. Its really not a chat but more like, type a response and then go away and get a coffee while you wait for the agent to respond.

Could you please share here what issue you are having with our Adobe products? What version of Adobe products and operating systems are you working on?
The reason I reached out to "chat" this time was to try and solve the often seen, seldom solved issue with "never ending syncs", e.g., , I have 8 files "uploading" on my ipad that have been doing so for over a month.
