Weird beeping sound and number when I launch Lightroom

When I launch Lightroom recently, I get this weird beeping sound, it's like four rising tones, and then I have these weird numbers in the top left of the application window (see attached screenshot). If I move my mouse around in the window, the numbers change. Sometimes they go up, sometimes they go down. There doesn't seem to be any pattern to when they change or whether they go up or down.

I don't get any error messages and the application seems to work fine, so it's not preventing me from doing anything, but it's very weird and I would like to understand what's going on and how to make it stop.

I am using Lightroom 4.3 20210526-1005-d4527c2 Build on Windows 11.
