What happened to the export JPG quality slider??

I'm using Adobe Photoshop Lightroom v 5.2, Build 20220128-1049-86119e0.  What happened to the export JPG quality slider?  It's completely missing.  Even on my older photos where it used to work, it doesn't work now.

It's a drop-down option in the export panel on my Windows PC.
