I did not renew my Lightroom account until yesterday. I redownloaded Lightroom for the mac App Store with the original account. It is not downloading my photos. Please can you help?
Log into https://lightroom.adobe.com with the same Adobe ID as your subscription to review your files in the cloud. If you are signed into the correctly subscribed account, these files should sync to your Lightroom Desktop installation.
How long was the period when you were not subscribed?
