If you are referring to Lightroom.adobe.com then there is no noise reduction feature. You would need to be using Lightroom Classic or Lightroom to have that feature available to you.

I see. This is bad news for me. As a linux user, Lightroom for Web was my only option. Noise reduction is the only feature I miss in it.

If you have a subscription, Lightroom Mobile (on phones and tablets) would been included in this, and has the Noise Reduction feature.

Then I suppose you will have to download the image and use some other software to apply noise reduction. I'm just a user, but to my knowledge there are no plans for any software support for Linux. And, please, let's not go there. On other forums there are discussions dating back 10 years.

We should go there indeed. By now just some features need to be added to web to be fully usable for the Linux community. Noise processing clearly is one of them.

You should be able to run the android app in an android emulator on your linux box. Of course you can also run a windows emulation environment.
