Which Lightroom have the option to edit watermarks?

Can someone please tell me why Lightroom 3.3 Does not have the edit watermark option?!?!?!?!?!!?!?!?

Which lightroom does have this option and where do i download it?

Hi there, 

The "Edit watermark" option is available with Lightroom Classic. 

Please download Lightroom Classic from the Creative Cloud desktop app.
