White check marks in LR mobile

Hi everyone- I should know the answer to this, but I don't... What do these white check marks on my images mean in LR Mobile? They are only on some of them, not all. I can't figure out what they are supposed to designate. These are different from the blue "selected" check marks.

Ah, got it! So anything I flagged as a "pick" in LRC appears with a check mark in a white box in LR Mobile.
