Hi Tonnac,

Sorry to hear that you're not able to apply presets, could you please let us know are you using third party presets?

Does it happen on a specific image format or all image formats like raw & jpeg?

They might be grayed out if they aren't compatible with the file you have selected. Depends on the preset, some require RAW and will be grayed out for a jpeg.

Regards,
Sahil

Hi Sahil,

Please forgive my ignorance as I am not very tech savvy. I purchased a set of 8 presets from Jillian Harris. All of the presets were working fine and I was able to paste settings on all of them. I was able to edit 30 pictures and then all of a sudden the paste settings was grayed out and I wasn't able to click on it.

All of my images are the same format which is jpeg and its happening on all of them now, but it was working on the 30 photos I was able to edit.

Thank you,

Tonna

Thanks for providing the information Tonna, I believe the images aren't loading fully, are you able to edit those images without using the presets?

Check the file type of the selected image. If these presets apply a raw-profile, then they will not work with non-raw images.
