Why did I get 24 hr free Lightroom premium?

I don't remember entering payment information. I remember looking through the page for free trial and I don't know what happened but not long after the app just converted to a 24 hr free trial. I am afraid that I will be charged after. I am looking through my account and there is no indication of a trial so how do I have this 24 hr free?
