Procesador AMD Ryzen 5 5600H with Radeon Graphics 3.30 GHz
RAM instalada 16.0 GB (15.4 GB utilizable)
Tipo de sistema Sistema operativo de 64 bits, procesador x64
Edición Windows 11 Home Single Language
Versión 22H2
Compilación del SO 22621.1992
Experiencia Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22644.1000.0
BIOS: 2.29

Espero puedan ayudarme. Ya he intentado bajar de versión de LR, actualizar los controladores gráficos, Actualizar la BIOS y estar en la última versión de Lightroom. Gracias de antemano.

Hey, @Erick27174769z8cq. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out. Is there a crash report when Lightroom crashes? Please submit the crash reports to us: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/submit-crash-reports.html

Please log on to Lightroom Web (https://lightroom.adobe.com) & check if everything is synced to the cloud as expected. Let me know if everything is synced before we troubleshoot further.

Go to Lightroom > Preferences > Performance > Use Graphics Processor > Set it off if it is on Custom or Auto. If this shows you any differences, please check this article to troubleshoot further: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/kb/troubleshoot-gpu.html

Let me know how it goes. Thanks!

Hey there! Thank u!
There is no report of the crash, it just stops responding.
Sorry, i can't see how sync my images would help; but yes, its all synchronized.

I've chenge the Graphic Processor thinking that's the problem, but it isnt, i still have the issue.

Thanks for confirming this. Before following these steps, anything that is pending to sync to the cloud will be lost. Try these steps once you're sure everything is synced:

  • Go to the following location

    C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Local\Adobe\Lightroom CC
    or
    Press Windows + R & type in the following - %localappdata%\Adobe\Lightroom CC\Data

    SameerK_0-1689356947441.png

  • You'll find a folder inside it with a long cryptic string of numbers and letters (for example: d1a4f88d2b534c7d91022136fd182532). Open that folder.
  • In the folder, delete all the files named Managed Catalog.[anything]. Also, delete the Previews.db file
  • Launch Lightroom.

Let me know how it goes,

Thanks!

Hello! Thanks for your time. 😉

i've done what you asked me, and these are the updates:
I still have the issue to switch between images, it takes 1-2 secs or sometimes up to 7 secs to change images. I recorded a video of my screen with this, i'll upload it here.
I don't get the crash anymore, but, it seems that LR got slower, now its hard to move between folders or modules.

I've tried to use 1:1 Smart previews and embedded previews, its the same problem, cleared cache, update windows, amd drivers, BIOS and Lightroom

Thanks
