P: Add Exposure Compensation to EXIF data shown in Info

Fundamental to gaining an understanding of what 'works' is knowing not just the exposure of an image, but its Exposure Value (EV).  Showing +/–EV would also help with HDR images. We can see the + and – images, but were they +/– EV 2, 3 or 5? This would be helpful in both Desktop and Mobile (iPadOS) versions.

Besides--DxO PhotoLab shows EV. It's about time Lr caught up!

Showing Exposure Bias/Exposure Compensation data is essential for beginners learning to control their basic exposure for bright or dark subjects that the camera does not properly expose in Program, Shutter Priority or Aperture Priority. It would be helpful across the Lightroom eco-system.
