P: Choose destination when exporting from Lightroom mobile

When exporting from Lightroom mobile on Android, using the 'Export as' function I can choose the file type, the file size, the jpeg quality. I can add a watermark (text or graphic, with multiple settings), add metadata, choose a custom filename (although theres no option to include the original frame number within that chosen name). I can also select output sharpening and colour space, BUT I can only export to the phone storage. Why is there no option to export to Google Drive for instance, or to email the file? There is of course the option to share an image to many platforms choosing the 'share' option, but then all the other options above are no longer available.

Currently the only option if you want add to a Google Drive folder, using a custom size, filename etc, is to 'Export as' to the default phone storage and then open Google and import from there. Could a destination not be added within Export as? Or was this an option previiously that has been removed?

....especially confusing as all videos seem to show a 'share' icon at top of screen which just isn't there for me. Definitely seen one video which exports to Dropbox.

.... there is also a save to device option which basically just does the same as export...

I'm pretty sure this used to be an option, or maybe it is an option on Apple devices, but not available on Android?
