P: Creating PS Panoramas needs a new workflow

Hi. I tried Photoshop in addition to my Lightroom CC as the only option how to merge photos from Lightroom CC. And it was a pain, I reduced my Adobe subscription back to Lightroom CC only in a day.
Here is the thing:

1) I have like 21 panorama photos in Lightroom CC
2) I select those 21 photos, right click and... oh, 'Edit in Photoshop' is greyed out
3) I spend several minutes by opening those photos in Photoshop one by one
4) In Photoshop, I go to Automation, Photomerge
5) There I am said those photos must be saved first in order to use Photomerge (WTF they must be saved? They are saved since I have Lightroom set to store originals locally)
6) Searching how to save all 21 photos at once
7) Saving all opened photos one by one
8) Photomerging, finally
9) Wondering how to send great result back to Lightroom
10) Saving to desktop folder, then manually importing into Lightroom CC
11) Finding I have now 42 panorama photos, everything is duplicated
12) Manually deleting every second panorama picture
13) One panorama finished, moving to another.

THIS IS EXTREME PAIN! DO SOMETHING!

I am afraid that Lightroom CC does not support plugins at all.

Yeah, this is common request but frankly I think this will not be implemented soon. What I point at is complexity of the process using existing tools - Lightroom CC and Photoshop CC.

This is very kind. But this issue is apparently such a pain that no one from Adobe wants to hear about it 😄

Yeah, I'd love an easier process to have Lightroom CC be my main repository, but be able to merge Panoramas more easily. For instance, even if I could set Lightroom Classic as a temporary destination for photos to do edits and then bring them back to CC. Unfortunately, things got crazy when I was letting Classic continue to sync after migrating my library to CC, so I can't use that process anymore.

I found little less painful to use Bridge. But because Bridge does not have access to Lightroom CC Photos (do not be silly even thinking about Adobe products working together) you have to download photos from Lightroom CC somewhere to the PC first, then open them in Bridge and from there you can select them all at once and send do Photoshop to process panorama or HDR with one click. Exported file you have to manually import into Lightroom CC. Sounds crazy but it is probably the "easiest" way to that right now.

If you are already exporting the files, you can also just import them into Lightroom Classic and use that merge feature. That is what I did. Of course, you’re likely to run into some bugs trying to transfer files back and forth.

Probably, but I am trying to avoid using two versions of Lightroom as much as possible 😄
