Currently, in the Grid view, an icon shows what the original file is; e.g. "ORF", or "NEF" or "ARW", which is helpful. However, unless the original file is in the cloud, Lightroom is only working with a Smart Preview. I get that, and it is helpful to speed things up.
However, "Enhance" can only be done on an original Raw file. I understand that, and it makes sense.
BUT—it would be VERY HELPFUL if, when I choose "Enhance" and the file is a Smart Preview, give me the option to "Locate Original File" and "Upload to Cloud" from within the dialogue box. The dialgue could be similar to the one in Lightroom Classic when one selects "Show in Finder" and the file is on an external drive that is not attached.
