Provide Feature to create borders

Hi,

it would be great if you can add a feature to create a border for a photo. As a workaroung I am currently using the vignette to create a white border. But it woul be great if there is an explicit feature in that.

I am using Lightroom Mobile but I guess this is relevant to to all Lightroom editions.

Would love to be able to add borders, this a feature of a lot of other basic imaging apps.
