then the problems started

Upload (Lightroom web) vs Import (Lightroom Classic) ???
Assuming Lightroom Classic, based on this forum:
- "copy" or "add" as the import type?
- What folder is the Destination panel pointing to?
"problems started" -- like running out of space on your system drive?
