Hi guys!

i have an iphone 8 plus and have been importing pics from my Camera roll into the app perfectly fine until 2 days ago.

Since the new version of Lightroom 5.2.4 I click on "add", then select the photo from my Camera roll, then "add" again and nothing happens. It does not show up ready to be edited as always.

I do not have a premium susbscription but I have used the app for months and it has always worked.

I signed out and back in, and also deleted the app and redowoaded, but it still doesnt work.

can someone help me please?

thanks so much!

Hi Ignacio

thank you so much for your quick response!

I have literally just been trying one more time and figured out the problem.

My iphone storage came up with a message saying it was almost full. I have deleted a whole bunch of images and videos to free some space and voila! Now I can import images into Lightroom.

So it seems like if you don't have space in the overall phone you app can't store photos, of any kind (it was happening with any type of pic in my Camera roll or any folder)

thank you so

Hi,

what kind of images are you having a problem with?
Is it always the same photo or does it occur with any photo in your camera roll?

Does it also occur if you set the device into flight mode?

Thanks,
Ignacio

Thanks for letting us know that you figured it out 🙂
Correct, if you ever have a problem: start by tapping on the cloud icon.

Thanks,
Ignacio
