Lightroom ipad not syncing in Mexico

I am travelling in Mexico, from the UK. Ever since I have arrived not one of my photos have synced even though I have space online. I never had a problem syncing when in the UK but here it is a crucial backup.

 

When I look at Lightroom online in my browser all images are registered but shown with sync issues.

 

Please help me keep my images safe in the event of a loss of my equipment.

Hi,

Apologies for the late reply.
Can you give us some more info on how you try to sync? 
Is it over cellular, wifi?
It can be a pain to sync from e.g. hotels that have a daily cap, that they don't always inform you about.
