Preset Issue

I purchased a preset online and the instructions for redeeming the present said that I should have the option to "Create Preset" and that option is grayed out. I'm not sure what else to do from here and the creator of the preset said it is a Lightroom issue.

If you have cloud storage make sure that the image is fully synced to the cloud or is not still loading up...

 

Can you provide a screen shot?

 

Also which version of Lightroom Mobile do you have installed?
