I am having trouble using my premium features. I have renewed my purchase today, and I still can’t use my premium features and I also can not restore my purchases. When I click on restore purchase, it shows the loading icon and keeps loading and loading but nothing ever comes up. I have uninstalled and installed again. I have also signed out from my Apple ID and signed in again. I have done everything but nothing works . Kindly help me solve this issue .
Hi Ahmed. I've just pinged you via a private message to let you know that you are most probably signed-in with the wrong adobe-id. At least this is what I can see with our server-side diagnostics.
