Had this issue a year ago, got sick of the agents giving the most basic useless advice, gave up, remembered it still didn't work, here i am again.
Using huawai honor 9, up to date version, all basic edit options colour options etc greyed out. unusable, useless as these forums. thanks for taking my money though
