Bug-Applying a pre-set with auto adjust prevents further modifications.

When a pre-set which includes auto-adjust is applied, further modification are prevented/ignored.

In order to be able to apply further modifications you have to apply some random modifications, manually re-apply auto-adjust, then apply modifications.
