hola, disculpen se borro mi aplicación y la volví a instalar en otro celular pero las fotos que no guarde ya no aparecen y pues supongo que se quedan en la cuenta se pueden recuperar?
As I understand the issue you've mentioned, you have installed Lightroom app on a new device but do not see your images.
It could be possible that the images added in Lightroom on your older phone were not synced to the cloud. Please verify this on Lightroom Web, Link: https://lightroom.adobe.com/
The images you see on Lightroom Web are the one's that got synced to the cloud and should show up on the new device.
