Hi,

I'm figuring since few month now that when I'm using the Camera from lightroom, the settings are not saved and I always have to switch my options again.

For example, when I'm starting the camera of lightroom, DNG format is activated, flash is activated, grid is not displayed... and I would like to keep my settings.

Does any solution exists to fix this ?

I am presently using an iphone 8 with the last version of lightroom cc.

Thanks!

I checked with our Engineering team and this is a known issue we're working on.

Here's the reference thread: Lightroom CC for mobile: iOS switches back to Auto Mode... since iOS 12 update or 4.1.1 update | Photoshop Family Custom…

Hi paulvm,

Sorry that your Lightroom mobile workspace settings are not being saved and everytime you use the in app camera, you  have to customize them accordingly.

Which exact version of Lightroom CC app are you using?

Also, have you tried restoring the in-app Camera to default settings and see if that helps?

Hello Akash,

Thanks for you quick reply.

I am using v4.2.0 and I am not able to find your option to reset the camera settings, see the screenshot below,

Oh! I see you're on iOS and I don't see that option either.

Could you please restart your device once and see if the issue still persists?
