Can't access lightroom mobile features even with subscription

I am just having issues using lightroom mobile. I am unable to use the advanced features even though I have a subscription. When I sign-in it just says my trial is over and I need to get a subscription to use the features. I have: Creative Cloud Student and Teacher edition (one-year, prepaid)‎. my subscription ends in November.

Can you PM me your Adobe ID? Can you also confirm that the Adobe ID associated with the Creative Cloud Student and Teacher Edition is the same Adobe ID that you're using to sign into LRM?
