Can't get pro features in Lightroom CC for Mobile

Lightroom for mobile won't let me upgrade to Pro features unless I pay $6.99 a month extra at the iTunes store.

I thought that was included in my CC Photography plan?

Have you signed in on Lightroom Mobile with your Adobe ID?

Then the premium features should be unlocked.

That's what I tried to do, but a box comes up telling me to 'Your subscription has expired Unlock in the iTunes Store'

I feel stupid, turns out I have 2 adobe accounts and was trying to login with the wrong one.
