Can’t import images to Lightroom for iPad

Hello everyone,

I’m using an iPad Mini 2 with iOS 12.4.6.  After latest Lightroom update (5.2.4) i can’t import images to my Lightroom library anymore. I can export images from my Lightroom library but can’t import from my camera roll.

Any advice, solution, or anyone with same problem?

Could it be a space issue on the device?

Hi,

please send us a diagnostic log and maybe even a screen recording (privately if needed).

What you could also do would be to trigger a diagnostic log, if you have the Mail app enabled on your iOS device it will be sent to us.

Diagnostic log: 
1. open the Lightroom settings (over the gear icon or the three dot menu on the upper right).

2. Tap on Help & Support
3. Do a long tap on Access our Support Forums
