Hi Ahmed. Just answered on your other forum-thread as well...I've just pinged you via a private message to let you know  that you are most probably signed-in with the wrong adobe-id. At least this is what I can see with our server-side diagnostics. I've send you the  adobe-id  with the correct subscribtion entitlement within the private message.
