Cloud icon with green and white dot

What does the green dot and the white dot sitting on top of the cloud icon mean with LR Mobile? I tried to open a green icon image into Adobe Mix but it was not to be found. Adobe Mix was available elsewhere in LRM.  Is there a link to what the different sync icons represent? I was not able to find a discussion.

Can’t find a link, but think it‘s an identifier to if you either have a Smart Preview or Original downloaded on your device.

Strange that the Green One won’t open in Mix as presuming that this denotes Original available and local.

Do you have a good connection to the internet as it may be an access issue?
