Depth Masking Feature gone for premium?

Purchased premium because of this:

I cannot find this feature anywhere.

 

There is neither depth option in the camera mode nor importing a portrait shoot gives depth Masking icon in Selective Edit. I also have no depth map feature listed under "technology preview".

The August 2018 release, as noted in the article you've linked, did not release the depth map feature for Android. It's clearly listed under the "iOS" section. 

It's still in the "Experimental" section on iOS. I don't know if it's migrated to Android since that release. My only Android phone that I use for testing doesn't have a second camera, so I don't have any way to tell.
